MEP & Electrical safety: where precision meets power, reliability and innovation

If the civil structure is the skeleton of the Data Center, the MEP phase represents its vital system. In this phase technical complexity grows exponentially, bringing to the surface the most insidious danger: electrical risk.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

Active Risk

Energisation: the point of no return towards operativity and the management of electrical risks

A "live" construction site tolerates no errors. When electricity enters the Data Center, every procedure changes. We manage this critical transition by transforming invisible risk into a visible and controlled process.

The Three Pillars

Safe access, control: independent on-site monitoring with predictive analysis.

Controlled Power On

We manage the transition from installation to energisation with rigorous isolation protocols.

LOTO Protocols

Physical locking systems for energy sources. Certainty that energy is isolated before every intervention.

Dynamic Segregation

Physical isolation between active zones and areas under construction. We coordinate the coexistence between mechanical assembly and electrical testing.

Culture of Awareness

Beyond physical protection: building a culture of awareness for the management of invisible risk

Electricity cannot be seen or felt until it is too late. For this reason, in addition to physical systems, we work on workers' risk perception:

Every MEP team is informed about the energised zones of the day, which change continuously as work progresses.

We mandate the use of specific PPE for arc flash risks and the use of certified equipment, verifying that every operator has the necessary qualifications (PES/PAV) to work in such environments.

Our mission is simple: to ensure that the electrical power required by a Data Center is harnessed and managed without ever endangering the lives of those who install it.
