In construction it is thought that after the structure the risks decrease, but in data centres the exact opposite occurs. The commissioning phase represents one of the highest-risk moments for the safety of people and the integrity of the contracts.

Beyond the end of the construction site

Data Center commissioning is a lengthy process that stresses every component. We oversee this phase with dedicated protocols, preventing the necessary urgency of "Go live" from ever compromising safety.

Electrical and mechanical risk management for the maximum operational protection of the systems.

Work is often carried out with open electrical panels, load tests and powered systems. The risk of electrical arc or electrocution is high.

Multiple specialists (electrical, mechanical, programmers) operate simultaneously on the same systems. Our role is to coordinate these activities to prevent fatal interferences.

We manage safety as the site transforms from a "construction site" into a "server room," where standard construction procedures are no longer sufficient.

Operational support and management: active protagonists in commissioning safety.

We review and approve every single test procedure to ensure that risk has been mitigated at the source.

We are present during critical testing to ensure that safety perimeters are respected and that only authorized personnel access the zones under test.

We prepare the end client's personnel to take over a system that has been safely tested, providing them with a clear overview of safe operating procedures.
